​Kimbal Musk is a restauranteur, a philanthropist, and a chef that wants to make sure everyone in America has access to real food. He has opened restaurants that serve food at all price points ( The Kitchen, Hedgerow Bistros, and Next Door Eatery) and his companies Square Roots, which builds grow spaces in urban areas and small spaces for metropolitan restaurants and gardeners, and Big Green funds and builds permanent garden spaces in schools with underserved children, teaching them the importance of eating fresh fruits and vegetables and knowing the origin of their food.
